Hello I have a epson 2800 printer.  Photoshop shuts down every time  I hit print.  This is a new issue, just appearing the last couple of days.

Since the intial issues, I have done the following:

Print easily from any other app.  Its not the file.

Reset preferences in  Photoshop.

UPdated the drivers on the printer...

Uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop.cleaned system3 times, Cleaned the router.

Held done the space bar and its the only time the popup is activated..  it tries to open but shuts down.

Thank You for your help.

@Padmavati is the issue with any file you try to print or one specific file?

@Padmavati  Please take a look at the following article and check if that helps:

You may also like to re-install the printer drivers to check if that makes a difference?

Here is some general Adobe [Mac and Win] info on printing problems,

Simple reset: hold the space bar when you open the print window. It resets the print dialogs
