Photoshop since way back - why 250, not 500, generative credits

I've had a Photoshop/Illustrator sub for several years. According to the generative credits FAQ, as seen in the attached image, I should be getting 500 credits/month. But when I check my account, it looks like I'm only getting 250 credits/month, as seen in the attached image. 

What's going on with this ?   One of them has to be wrong, yes ??

Aha. Got the answer. 

My account is Photography 20GB. Paid for with promos/credits from 2021 thru August of 2026. Turns out that those accounts only get 250 credits/month, though it's not mentioned at all in the FAQ at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/generative-ai/generative-credits-faq.html 

The 500 credits goes to Photography 1TB accounts. 

So: I'll just sub. to Firefly for $10/month and get 2k credits, and access to Premium stuff.  I ❤️ generative fill -- best new Photoshop feature evah -- I'm a user since v. 1.0.7 on the Mac -- and I esp. like its connection to NanoBanana that I've been playing with. 

Question solved. Thanks to all who've helped here, and to my Photoshop help agent Shira.

@Mary Jane Watson chances are, you've been 'grandfathered' into the old plan! It kinda sucks! Not 100% sure if you can upgrade to the 500 credits?

@creative explorer what they are explaining is they should already have the 500 credits based on the timeframe outlined here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/generative-ai/generative-credits-faq.html 

They shouldnt need to upgrade

The 250 credit option is for Express users - do you use Adobe Express? Are you logged into the correct email/Adobe ID associated with the account?

 

I would contact Adobe Customer Care directly either through social media or on the Adobe.com homepage chat (ask for an agent) and they can access your account to resolve.

Don't use Express. And I'm logged into the correct account.
