Photoshop single app, or photography bundle?

I am looking to buy photoshop for some graphic design work and photo editing. I am curious to know if there is a difference between the photoshop that comes with the photography bundle (includes light room etc) and just the single photoshop app package.

Photoshop is exactly the same software in all Cloud Plans. No difference.

Does the PS included in the photography package have less content? I am confused on why there is such a drastic price difference.

The price difference has its roots in the annual Black Friday sales drive.

Originally, all individual app plans were $20/month each.

It seems to have tapped into a market which Adobe was previously not fully aware of and seems to be very popular although Adobe never releases figures on how many Cloud customers specifically have the Photography Plan.
