PHOTOSHOP SLOW

Hola! Buenos días!

 

Desde hace unos días estoy experimentando una demora de 5 minutos para iniciar PHOTOSHOP (2025). 

 

He considerado que el error/demora del inicio, se debe a la carga de pinceles que hice anteriormente.  

 

Debido a esto, he borrado los pinceles y utilice Creative Cleaner tool, he restaurado preferencias, etc.

 

Pero la pantalla de carga se congela en LEYENDO PINCELES de todas maneras, pese a que ya no tengo pinceles en la libreria.

 

Ya he intentado de todo pero la demora continua.

Could you please share your System Info? You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy the info to a text file and attach it to your response.

Also, it would be helpful to know what method you used to reset preferences. If you haven't already, doing it manually is the most thorough way to restore Photoshop to its default state. This ensures all preferences and any user presets that might be causing issues are not loaded. You can learn how to do it manually here.
