Photoshop / Smooth a t-shirt

Hello any and everyone. I want to do a Tshirt mock. 

Does someone have a tutorial on how to smooth out wrinkles on a tshirt that still have a screen print image on the front?

and possibly change the lighting to enhance the photo. Thank you.

    For the shirt alone, frequency separation is a popular technique for removing wrinkles.

     

     

    Changing the lighting can be done by adding gradient layers using blending modes. A radial gradient can be a quick spotlight, if set to a light color with an appropriate Opacity level and/or blending mode.
