Photoshop solo me deja exportar para web en GIF aunque seleccione JPG

Acabo de suscribirme a Photoshop, la última versión, pero cuando intento exportar para web en png o jpg me deja seleccionarlos pero luego veo que las imágenes se han guardado en gif. Con el anterior no tenía este problema. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme?

    Hi ​@Jorge+Ciscar, Can you send your system info, a screen recording or screenshots of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate what you’re seeing?     There are multiple ways to export a GIF. If you're using File > Export > Quick Export as JPG, that same command path can be modified using FIle > Export > Export Preferences so that the Quick Export format is GIF--although the command will be updated to reflect the new format.

     

    If you are selecting JPEG, you might try making and posting a video screen capture so that we can see what's happening.

    El programa solamente permite exportar en GIF. He tratado de exportar en png, jpeg pero aunque en el cuadro de diálogo ponga todo en otro formato de igual manera sale en Gif. Esto es mediante el menu "GUARDAR PARA WEB".
