Photoshop starts in wrong screen position.

I have had an issue with Photoshop on my M1 Mac Mini for over a year! When I open it the window goes to a position on screen as per the attached screenshot, it also does this after re-awakening from sleep. The monitor has DVI and Displayport inputs and behaviour is the same on both!

For the first issue of photoshop opening partially off screen when starting it might be a good idea to reset the photoshop preferences:

The other issue about waking from sleep and the photoshop interface having moved has been reported numerous times and so far no fix has been found.
