Photoshop stretching picture

Photoshop recently started to stretch the lower part of the image if it entered the bottom third of the screen. Simillarly it stretched the image to the right - as shown in the attached picture of the screen - though the rest of the UI appears correctly. I uninstalled Photoshop and deleted all its settings before installing the latest version, but the fault is still there. All other apps on this Windows 11 desktop system appear correctly. Screen resolution is 3840 x 2160. Any help gratefully received as I am running out of ideas.

@Septemberschild that looks like a GPU issue on your machine. Can you go to Help menu/System info and copy/paste the results in a reply?
