Photoshop Student not working?

So the University of Arizona's website says that we get creative cloud for FREE this year and yet even when I'm signed in, Photoshop keeps asking me to pay. What gives? (photo for verification)

Also, I tried to call Adobe customer service. I waited on the phone for 1 hour and 42 minutes before finally hanging up and speaking to nobody. This is ridiculous.

You need to talk to your university. Adobe cannot help you and nor can we.

In addition to what Dave and T_S_N said about talking to the IT at your school, be sure you are logging in with the student email address provided by the University of Arizona. That would be the address connected with the university account.

Yes - no-one can just give free access. There are educational discounts etc.

What the university may have done is bought a license for you - so you need to speak to the University and ask how to sign in with that license/account.

Of course it isn't "free" it is included in our tuition.

The point I was making is that if the university has purchased a license for you , then you need to speak to the university about how to sign in and use that purchased license.
