Photoshop text bug? No idea what's happening

I've been using v26.1 for a few days on my Macbook Pro 2023 M2 and I've had no issues with text. 

I since have been trying to type some numbers for a project, Not only is the font not the font I've chosen, It seems to be changing it but also saying its the correct font. I've checked everywhere to try find out a solution but cannot. 

I've tried closing and re-opening, Shutting down and restarting no fix. I can't find any solution online and can't seem to fix it. Its typing random symbols and I've never seen anything like this before.
