Photoshop thinks that 1080 * 1080 is a retangular res?

I use company's pc and adobe and lately my photoshop and other adobe products has been struggling with some problems like freezing and replaces commands out of nowhere, it feels like it works against my workflow

Ive been using adobes product my entire life since cs6 and never faced such issues before, is it possible that the internet connection in my workplace might be causing this? We have an entire building fully connected, talked to some it guys to see if there is any restriction that might affect me but everything seems ok.

Don't know what to do might start using windows paint hahahaha
