Photoshop Tutorial popups in the library - How to hide?

Hi, everytime I start Photoshop I get the tutorial popups over and over again on how to use the library. (In the library panel). How can this be stopped? Thanks for the help. Best, Chris ...

Thanks Didier, but there is nothing popping up during the start of Photoshop, but when I open the Library Panel there are help popups on how to use the library panel. I skipped it a million times, but every time i I open PS, it starts all over when opening the library panel. Annoying ...
