Photoshop Update Fails to Complete and Resets Custom Presets

I don't know what's happening, the same thing again, it doesn't complete the PS update and when I press cancel, I have to reload the PS program, when I open it everything is lost, all custom samples (brush, action). I wrote to Adobe, unfortunately, no answer. Obviously, I will have to terminate the cooperation, because for such a monthly payment, as a customer, I would expect them to fix the problems. I simply can't download the fourth version of the PS update.

    Hi @Branko Teršek

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing.

Just to clarify, are you updating Photoshop through the Creative Cloud desktop app?

If the update is repeatedly failing and your custom presets (such as brushes and actions) appear to be missing afterward, we'd like to gather a bit more information so we can better understand what's happening:

With those details, we can help investigate the issue further and suggest the most appropriate next steps.

Hello, I'm updating PS via the Creative Cloud desktop application. In fact, I can't update the program at all because it stops at 53%, 49% 41% and after a few hours I press cancel. When I want to open PS, it tells me that the program cannot open it, that the file may be corrupted. I go to Creative Cloud and press get. The program installs with the latest version, but unfortunately in these versions my additions (brushes and actions) are no longer there. This has happened with three versions now. I use the operating system (macOS).
I'm attaching a photo of the PS versions.
    Thank you for your response,
    Branko
