Photoshop Update > Presets und Tastenkürzel wie übernehmen?

Hallo

ich hoffe hier kann mir jemand helfen ich habe dieses problem seit fast einem jahr und bei adobe ist niemand zu erreichen und die bots funktionieren nicht im support chat.

Ich habe eine alte und die neueste adobe photoshop version auf meinem win11 rechner installiert. 

ich möchte das neue photoshop mit AI verwenden und ich habe aber meine keys shortcuts und presets und alle einstellungen der software in der alten version und die neue version hat das nicht.

wie übertrage ich diese presets und tasten shortcuts alle in mein neueres photoshop?

wieso ist das kein update? ist das eine neues zusätzliches photoshop und kein normales update?

weil ich habe 2 photoshops auf meinen rechner: mit dunklem icon und mit hellem photoshop icon..

wo finde ich hilfe bei adobe support wie ich bitte mein photoshop verwendne kann.

dazu benötige ich unbedingt alle presets und einstellungen die ich modifiziert habe.

i hope someone here can help me i have had this problem for almost a year and no one at adobe can be reached and the bots are not working in the support chat.

I have an old and the latest adobe photoshop version installed on my win11 computer.

i want to use the new photoshop with AI and i have my keys shortcuts and presets and all the settings of the software in the old version and the new version does not have that.

how do i transfer all these presets and key shortcuts to my newer photoshop?

why is this not an update? is this a new additional photoshop and not a normal update?

because i have 2 photoshops on my computer: with dark icon and with light photoshop icon...

where can i find help from adobe support on how to use my photoshop please.

i need all the presets and settings i have modified.
