Photoshop Update stuck on macOS Deletes Custom Actions, Brushes, and Patterns
I have a MAC operating system. During the previous Photoshop update, I canceled the update after five hours of updating. As a result, the entire program was removed from my computer, which means that I lost all actions and Brush tools. Of course, I spent several hours reinstalling the brush tools and actions. The whole thing happened again during the last update. I contacted Adobe for help. An Adobe employee connected to my computer, found no errors, but unfortunately the issue happened again when he canceled the update and everything had to be reinstalled. Does anyone else have similar problems? If anyone has, how did they solve them, if that was even possible. In all likelihood, Adobe has problems, and then we customers are wasting hours trying to get the program back or upgrade it with all actions, Brush tool.
