Photoshop v 25.1 Bugs

I updated Photoshop v 25.1 recently and ever since I can't access my Actions directly from the Actions panel.

I have to go to Window/Actions for them to be accessible. I also noticed I can't always access my Infinite Color Suite plugin panel either. Both are accessible on and off, but at various times I have to choose the panel from either the Windows menu or from the Plugins menu up top.

I am on an M1 Mac Studio running Sonoma 14.1 with 64 GB of memory.
