Photoshop V 25.6 keeps crashing while photo editing

Everytime I begin editing a photo (using pen tool seems to trigger it but it also happens randomly) the program crashes without warning. The report window comes up and it doesn't react when I hit send as well. I'm working on an 2021 iMac, everything us updated (Sonoma 14.4.1). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling PSD, same issue. Any idea what the problem could be? Help! Deadlines!
