Quando abro uma imagem, seja ela de que formato fôr, o photoshop vai abaixo.
Que posso fazer para resolver este problema?

If that doesn't help, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

Hi @pedro_0032,

Thanks for sharing the details and the screenshot. Based on what you've posted, your graphics processor is compatible, but the driver is 19 months out of date, which can cause crashes when opening images in Photoshop. Here are some steps you can try:

Update your GPU driver: This is the most critical step. If you can't update via the link shown, visit https://adobe.ly/4pH9pvg and manually download the latest driver for Intel Arc Graphics.
As Ged suggested earlier, try resetting Photoshop preferences, as corrupted preferences can cause crashes. And don't forget to back them up.
Disable GPU temporarily: Go to Edit > Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Could you restart Photoshop and test if the crash continues?
Check performance tips: Optimize Photoshop performance

If the issue continues, please share your full System Info from Help > System Info in Photoshop.
