Photoshop version 25.5 crashes when creating a new file or opening a existing file on windows

While attempting to open any Photoshop file or create a new file on my Windows system using Photoshop version 25.5, the application crashes automatically. However, the Photoshop beta version operates without issues.

Kindly assist in resolving this issue to enable seamless usage of the stable version of Photoshop.
