Need Photoshop version compatable with MAC OS Monterey 12.7.6 I recently purchased the new version of Photoshop and it won't run properly on my platform. I can't upgrade the current opedrating system.

Photoshop minimum system requirements for the November 2023 release and later list Big Sur (version 11.2.2) as the minimum, so Monterey should work. You might check your system specs against the system requirements to see if there is some other issue preventing you from being able to run Photoshop properly:

Here's information about how to install a previous version of Photoshop. Currently, you can go back as far as Photoshop 22.2.

I'm having trouble connecting to icloud. This ia a new computer. Could that be why Photoshop isn't working?

Do you get an error or what happens when you launch Photoshop? Can you reach websites but can't get logged into iCloud?

You may want to take your computer to an Apple Store for help, they can likely figure out what is going wrong.

@joe_1952 You should be able to download and install Photoshop 2023 using the Creative Cloud desktop app.
