    Hi @gluttonousg1,

Thank you for reporting this. Based on what you're describing, Photoshop Web suddenly shows a blank canvas when opening an image, though it worked fine until last week. This is very likely related to WebGPU availability in your browser.

    Here's what I'd recommend checking:

    1. Verify hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser:

Chrome: Go to chrome://settings/system > make sure "Use graphics acceleration when available" is toggled ON > Relaunch Chrome.

    2. Confirm WebGPU is active:

In Chrome, visit chrome://gpu and look for the line "WebGPU: Hardware accelerated". If it says "Software only" or "Unavailable," that's why the canvas is blank.

    3. Update your GPU/graphics drivers: If hardware acceleration is already on but WebGPU still shows as unavailable, your graphics driver may need updating. Check your GPU manufacturer's site (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) for the latest driver.

    4. Also, you can try clearing cookies & data for Photoshop Web: chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fphotoshop.adobe.com%2F.

Let us know how it goes.

    Best,
