Photoshop will not open

Hi I can not open Photoshop from either the Bridge or directly. From the Bridge  it goes into ACR and then a box appears  asking me if i want   a 30 day trial or subscribe to Photoshop. This is the same box  that comes up either way. The same box comes up in ACR and then it is asking me to save files in order to close. I have been into Creative Cloud  and checked for updates and also managed my  updates. I am still under contract. Has anybody any ideas. I keep going around in a circle. Photoshop was working ok yesterday. The only thing i can think off is to download Photoshop again after uninstallling   my programs  but will i end up getting charged again.

Uninstall/reinstall does not force getting charged again. A better thing to try, though, is to reset preferences after backing them up. If you do it manually by renaming the preferences file and it doesn't help then you can always rename the original file to get your original preferences back.

try the suggestion from DFosse first.

Open the CC desktop app and sign in. It sounds like you have been signed out somehow.
