Today, Photoshop did not start, because the application was damaged or incomplete. I tried to load the  newest version of the app in the Creative Cloud, but all what’s happening ist, that the state is »waiting«. I now can’t use Photoshop anymore, for therer is no version on my computer und noone is loadable. What can I do?

    Hi @christoft15c4

It looks like the Photoshop installation on your system has become corrupted. I recommend completely removing the damaged installation using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, then reinstalling Photoshop through the Creative Cloud desktop app.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Close the Creative Cloud desktop app.
    2. Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove any corrupted Photoshop installation files.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and try installing Photoshop again.

If the installation still remains stuck on "Waiting", let us know:

    • Your operating system (Windows or macOS, and version)
    • Whether other Creative Cloud apps install normally
    • Whether you see any error messages in the Creative Cloud app

That information will help narrow down the cause.
