Photoshop won’t load or connect to Cloud documents

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with Photoshop not loading any files from the cloud. It shows that there’s no connection and the loading process doesn’t even start.

I’ve already restarted Photoshop and my computer, but the issue persists. My internet connection is stable, and Creative Cloud itself seems to work fine – it just won’t sync or load the cloud files inside Photoshop.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error so you can see exactly what’s happening.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?
