Photoshop won't open

Question

I've been using Photoshop for a few years.

Windows 10.

Today it won't open.

It won't open from CC either.

I've tried some of the fixes I've googled.

Then tried to uninstall, so I could reinstall.

It's telling me I have to close the app.

I can't see anywhere where it shows it's open.

Hello.Open Task manager.  In Processes menu try to find Photoshop's task. Maybe it's open. If you find it just end the task and try open it again.
