photoshop wont launch crashes at measuring memory

What hardware are you using?
What operating system and version?

You can find memory test tools either already built in, or you can add them.

Is this the release or beta version of Photoshop?

Do you have both versions installed, and have you tried both to see if the issue is there with both?

Try starting Photoshop while holding down the Shift key.  This forces Photoshop to open without any plugins and extensions.

I feel like I am swimming an ocean here because you have given us so little to go on.  Try answering the above questions, and give us any information that might help.

If you do manage to open Photoshop, go Help > System Information > Copy and paste to this thread.
