Thanks for all the support.
I found the issue.

I apply the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool --- Delete Photoshop.
Next I did Install 24.4.1.
Before open Photoshop, Press Shift to open the app to skipping all the plugins.
Then, locate the problematic plugin and delete it.  And it works!

Now I'm back to 25.1

Thanks for all the help. Hope all this works for somebody else who need it.

Okay, great, to hear. I'm so glad the cleaner tool worked along with skipping the plug-ins from loading. Was the troublesome plug-in one that you recently installed? Can you still use it or does it break Photoshop if you reinstall it? Thanks for coming back to let us know!

@Brian29492298s6yh, you're welcome and thanks for adding your system info. Did you make any other OS changes or updates before trying the latest Photoshop 25.1.0? I think your best bet is to use the Creative Cloud cleaning tool first, and then install the last version where it worked normally for you. You can also try chat support to see if they have some other recommendations to get Photoshop up and running on your Mac mini.

Hi @Brian29492298s6yh, Can you confirm your system specs? Also, how much free storage space is left on the solid-state drive? Can you give us the key features, something like this:

Apple Mac mini (M1)

Apple M1 8-Core CPU

16GB Unified RAM | 512GB SSD
10-Core GPU | 16-Core Neural Engine

Note, this system uses an integrated graphics card, and Photoshop prefers a dedicated one. It could be the M1 mini isn't robust enough to run the newest version. You may need to use the Creative Cloud cleaner tool to remove all traces and then re-install an older version where you are stable.
