Photoshop Workspace just..completely disappeared...lost HOURS of work

I was working on a big project on Adobe Photoshop 2019, and all of a sudden, my workspace just disappeared. Blip, gone. Yes, I should have saved my work - but all my work was completely gone. I didn't get a notification that Photoshop crashed, or anything like that. Just all of sudden, everything was gone. I am so upset, and I have no idea what to do.

Aconteceu a mesma coisa comigo hoje. Trabalhando num projeto e simplesmente o aplicativo fechou sem nenhuma notificação. Isso está acontecendo depois da última atualização v22.4.

Here's one thing you might check:

Cmd+H on a Mac will hide an application. The first time you use Cmd+H in PS, Adobe will ask if you want to use the PS or Mac shortcut. This may or may not be your issue, but it's worth mentioning.

Good point.

@artistsanna  , is Photoshop indicated as open in the Dock?
