Photoshop workspace settings reset when I re open it sometimes

Everytime I tweak my work space and get it to where I like it, it will reset back to the last workspace I was using every time I restart my computer. If I close and re open the app it will be fine, but at some point it decides not to save the setting. I don't know if there is a save workspace button, but it also does things like; delete my brushes, stamps, textures, and layout. 

I wouldn't mind the reset if I could load it back in the click of a button. Any suggestions?
