Photoshop zooming in twice

When I press Ctrl and + to zoom in it zooms in TWICE instead of once. When I zoom out with Ctrl and - it zooms out TWICE. Never encountered this before - If I wanted to zoom twice I would press the key twice. Any one else having this issue? It seems to be occurring after the recent update.

I've seen this happen after updates when a preference gets flipped. Try going to Preferences, then Tools, and turning Animated Zoom off, then test the shortcut again. If it still doubles up, hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift while launching Photoshop to reset the preferences, which usually clears leftover quirks from the update.
