Photosop 2023 Crash

I will look into that but adobe premier pro 21 works just fine and 23 used to work just fine as well until the most recent updates. Doesn't mean you aren't right. I honestly think it had been turned off sinceit is intel and was incompatible with soemthing else at some point before but seeing as I did do a couple system restores since then it may be the issue and I will read it and try it out and come back and let you know what happens. Right now I am just glad 21 is working for me. Thank you again. 

I would honestly think since I told the support team about it they would have said something but they didn't. I even gave them the link to this thread so they could see what you said in case I said it incorrectly. 

so after 4 hours of dealing with adobe support to no avail for my premier pro 23 (I am now using 21 because it works) I was notified that the font issue was on them and something is wrong with the font store so there is no fix until they fix it. The fonts aren't able to upload to photoshop nor can you download them or add them with the font installer or store. Thank you though for the quick help. I appreciate it so much because this has been a week for me now but I still have no solid answers for premier pro. I'll just open it tomorrow and hope they have it worked out. 

Sorry about the mixup @msrising - how many fonts do you have installed? If you have too many it will lock up/crash when trying to type. You can also delete the PS Font cache: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html

In general having the lesser powered (does not meet min req) GPU live is considered a cause for many issues with Adobe software incl video and PS. I would encourage you to read the page supplied and try deactivating the UHD and see if it makes a difference?

That was not the OP. That was my system. Those GPU's have never given me an issue and maybe that's is why I have 2? I don't know but the issue I have in photo shop is so far with the fonts. I can't type or use the type tool as it crashes as soon as I do. My premier is  also on the outs. It won't play the video in 23 but 21 works just fine. Meaning we rolled it all the way back and it works perfectly. My issue is something with the 23 veersion updates. Even adobe support can't seem to fix.

@default2cvguxfaiejr @msrising Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.  This will help narrow down any hardware related issues.

Same issue. Photoshop crashes when I try to type. I then have to restart because windows no longer works the same and photoshop refuses to open. It began with just adobe premier 2023, (meanwhile 2021 works on only one windows account but not all) it would not play video and when sound would work there would be no video and it would crash after a few seconds then need a reboot. It's been 4 days for me. I have done all I can from reinstalling windows to a pure (lose all files so I can get them all anew) reset. That is what broke photoshop LOL. At least before all the updates I had that.
