Pixel resize option removed from Resample Dialog box

Question

You have removed the ability to change the pixel width or height of an image unless it is to be resampled. This is nuts! You often need to open and image and change its dimension or PPI value and NOT resample it. You want to do this in PIXELS. Why don’t you ask a few users before yanking things. I am going to have to use another app for this basic ability.

There is something off with how it was. The document section missing is maybe what is throwing off my routine. I think I used to change dimension down in document section. It’s been a while since I have been in this section. It feels like a foreign app. I understand resampling, but this implementation has changed.
