Pixel screen

Anyone else had this before?

It seems to have meory of where the image used to be and is all pixelated. All my files appear like this when opening. On Windows 11

In photoshop go to Edit>Preferences>Technology Previews and check Deactivate Native Canvas

then restart photoshop and see if the issue is gone.

Exporting the image it appoears fine, I just cant edit when itlooks like this
