Correct answer Jeff Arola

If you go to Help>System Info in photoshop cs6, what photoshop version is listed?

If you move your Windows taskbar to the bottom of your screen instead of having it on the top, does that make any difference?

That was a bug in the base photoshop cs6 13.0 before adobe issued an update to fix the issue.

If you go to Help>Updates in photoshop cs6 you should get the 13.0.1.3 update among others and you can move your taskbar back to the top.

Reset your preferences:

1. Exit the application

2. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as

you start Adobe Software. You may be prompted to delete the current settings. The

new preferences files are created when you start the application.

I tried, but without success, I will try to delete and install the program again.

Thank you.
