Please help! worst nightmare ever, photoshop cloud doesnt download my files

I have an important PSD file for oen of my customers, and of course I saved it on the cloud but for soem reason it's doesnt downlaodb it.

I mean, the only purpose of the cloud is the save file on it, it's was my worst nightmare that someday i won't be able to get my files from  the cloud and of course thats what happening, as creators who works on photoshop and several otehr adobe programs we need t oknow that our works is safe on the cloud! please help me downlaod my file and access it, hours of hard work can go to waste just because this issue.

    it's not openning the file, it's just loading for a long time and does nothing. I left my computer loading for 3 hours and still nothing. I also tried to save it through the options in the cc but it's stuck on 1% for hours

      Are you able to locate the file, if so, open it in Photoshop and save it locally to your computer. 

      (It's always important to save your files in more than one location for safety reasons, such as a document corruption and so on.)
