I am unable to edit JPEG-Files in Photoshop the file will not open up all I get is a flashing White screen.

I can go through bridge and open the JPEG up by selecting "Edit as RAW File." in Photoshop

I have uninstalled Photoshop and re-installed and end up with a flashing white screen. I can open up RAW-Files and edit them. I have the Std Creative Cloud 20-GB Subscription and I am able to download all files to the other Apps but I can't do iny Editing in Photoshop from Lightroom Classic.

I have managed to sent an e-Mail to [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

As yet I have received any confirmation of receipt and I am still awaiting for a reply from the tech dept...

It there are any members that are experiencing the same problem I would like to hear from you. I am using Windows-10 on my PC. I'm wondering if the my latest Ps version has been corrupted in some way

Please change your Adobe id. It should not include your e-mail for privacy reasons.

Beware of people having outlook or gmail addresses and pretending to be from Adobe. They are not. Adobe does not do support via Skype! The official way to contact Adobe support is the following:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Kindly note that phone charges may apply.

For support via Twitter:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
