Do you have any idea about this Pressure Size/Opacity?

It allows size and opacity to be controlled by pen pressure, i.e. how hard you press, when using a drawing tablet . e.g. a Wacom device. It requires the drawing tablet to be connected and in use to show any difference, using a mouse will not control a pressure input.

So don't use it.

Just because a feature is not useful to you does not mean that it is not useful for the millions of users who use the application with a drawing tablet.
