Print on roll paper from Photoshop

I am trying to print a wide landscape on roll paper using an epson P600 printer. I specify Let Photoshop control the printer and specify the paper ICC profile. I've followed instruction for speicying the print width.

When I hit print the print status panel shows the printer trying to print but nothing happens. I am using Photoshop on a Mac.

I am able to print the pano using epson Print Layout.

Any suggestions?

Could you let us know which version of Photoshop you’re using?
Also, if you tried attaching a picture, it looks like it might not have come through on our end. When you get a chance, could you try uploading it again?

Sidney, are you able to print otherwise? Your problem is either an upset applecart (something in your system changed?) or your settings are way messed up. Any error messages? What do you see in the print queue?

Could you post a screenshot of your printer dialog?

No other printing problems. I've had a similar problem print 7x10 inch
greeting cards where I need to set up a custom size. But other custom sizes
work ok.
