Print orientation wrong

Hi - I'm having issues with Ps 2022 (up-to-date on 23.0.2on Mac Big Sur 11.6) not following the proper orientation. I'm using an Epson ET-2750 (consumer grade inkjet.) I have a canvas set to landscape. When I open the print dialog, portrait orientation is selected but the preview shows the image as landscape. If I click on landscape it switches to portrait (and the image no longer fits.) I'm printing on 140x105cm paper (1/4 US letter) so even when I change the Print Settings to the correct width and height, it still doesn't orient properly. When I attempt to print on the paper (fed landscape), it prints the image incorrectly. I could try to figure out how to "ignore" the wrong settings and turn my paper the other way, but earlier today it was printing normally. So I'd just like to figure out the issue and fix it!

In case anyone is following along as I talk to myself, I deleted the printer driver and reinstalled. That SEEMS to have corrected the issue. I'll mark this as correct if it continues to behave today!

hi Jessica, recently i faced similar issue and found your post here. anyway, reinstalling driver did not help me.  i found my solution by Change the paper size.

Steps:
1. Goto printing dialog

2. choose Print settings

3. change paper size to Canon Selphy CP1300 102x153mm

Hope it helps!

Hoping someone can still comment on this issue but I'm still trying to figure it out. It looks like it's connected to choosing a custom size in the print settings. If I choose a default size (e.g. letter), the orientation is correct. Any time I use a custom size, it's wrong.

Scratch that. I just tried again with just the standard 4x6. The preview showed correctly but it still printed wrong.

Forgot to add: this is happening with existing .psd files and new ones (as in the screenshot.)
