Prints wrong

When we try to print a picture only a small center section of the picture prints.

Hi Anne. Are you saying that most of the image is not printing, or that it is all printing, but very small?

The latter would probably be down to image size settings, but I am not sure what would cause the former.

Are you printing directly from Photoshop?

Or are you saving to a file and sending that file to the printer?

Is this a home printer, or a print shop?

If you save the image as a JPG and open it in Windows Picture Viewer do you see the entire picture?

Can you confirm what version of Photoshop you are using?

It might be useful to see a screen shot. It needs to be full res of your entire workspace with the layers panel visible.
