After the Oct 15 2018 update when I try to open Photoshop or Lightroom I get a popup about ' the website "demdex.net has requested to save a file on your computer....in short the site wants to drop a cookie on my computer ,,, my question is is this normal and is it safe

    Icann's whois reports demdex.net as belonging to Adobe. I'm guessing windows or possibly your primary browser (edge?) is causing that prompt. It's almost certainly safe.

    Thank you for that, I don't remember the [ demdex popup ] in other updates and it just concerned me some, so again; thanks
