Probleem bij openen programma

Krijg de laatste dagen steeds de melding "kan lidmaatschap niet verifiëren" bij het openen van Photoshop, Indesign,...

Heeft jaren perfect gewerkt, weet iemand hiervoor de oplossing?

@Sameer K , ik herinstalleerde Adobe Reader, startte de computer opnieuw op en dan kon ik Photoshop openen. Ik probeerde Indesign en dan kreeg ik terug dezelfde melding "Kan uw lidmaatschap niet verifiëren". Ik sloot nadien beide programma's en probeerde opnieuw Photosgop te starten.... ik kreeg terug de melding "Kan uw lidmaatschap niet verifiëren". Première Pro, hetzelfde. Opstarten programma's via Creatic Cloud of via pictogram in taakbalk.... niet werkt. Geen enkel programma gaat nog open.... ik word wanhopig. Graag dringend een oplossing....!

Hey, @kriske00. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Multiple other threads might help you address this issue. But none are recent. Have you recently updated Photoshop or the operating system?

 

 Try these steps  & report back with what you find:

 

1- In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

2- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.

3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud again & check if the issue exists.

I have deleted all files and folders with NGL in the name and restarted the
computer.

I have also deleted Adobe reader from the computer.

When I want to start Photoshop or Indesign, I still get the same message.

As a result, I cannot continue working...

How do we solve this.

I have also updated all programs via Creativ Cloud.
