problem relating to the latest version of Photoshop but not only the latest

I have a problem relating to the latest version of Photoshop and not just the latest version, that is, when I have carried out a job, whatever it may be, and I go to print but I first have to go to the print settings, the problem occurs here, I cannot enter the settings and an error window appears which says: "the request cannot be completed because a program error has occurred" I click on Ok and immediately afterwards a second window appears with an Info which says: "impossible to export the Notes because a program error has occurred". I've already had this problem since version 2023, I don't remember before, it's a recurring problem. What do you think it could be? Let me start by saying that I followed everything written on the Adobe web page when I click on "Find out how to fix". Could it also be a Windows or printer software problem? Thank you.

I use the Photoshop User Diagnostics and I have an error an save the log file of the error, please if I copy here that log file can you see what kind of error I have? thankes.

so, the problem recurred even after updating the latest drivers in December but only once and not continuously, what can you think? what could it have depended on?

situation update: I updated the printer drivers now, the latest ones are from December, I didn't know, I'll see how it goes.

thanks for the reply, I used the space bar method but without success.
My printer is a Canon Pixma TS6150.

Hi @Stephen346132574ziy start by making sure your printer drivers are updated.

Next hold the space bar when going to File>Print to reset the print dialog box.

If those don't work what specific printer and driver are you running?
