Problem searching adobe stock using libraries panel

I have recently updated to PS 25.3.1 running on Windows 10. The attached image is a screenshot of my Libraries Panel. There is no button to search adobe stock (as others on Youtube videos appear to do). The cloud button merely tells me my libraries are up to date. The + button gives me an option to go to the CC Desktop app, which tells me that 'libraries syncing'' and 'CC Files syncing' are up to date. So it all appears to be working perfectly except I can't actually do it. What am I doing wrong?

From exactly there! I got the tip, interestingly, from ChatGPT.

I am off for a large lunch but may I take the opportunity of wishing you a very happy Xmas 🙂

In the Libraries Panel click on any of the Recent items such as Stock Templates

Then to the far right of where it says Search current library click on the small down turned

arrow and click Adobe Stock.

Then enter your search word such as dog.

Instead of using the Libraries panel you can also in Photoshop go to File>Search Adobe Stock

Many thanks for your comprehensive and helpful response. My problem was that I didn't get the Search dropdown with 'Adobe Stock' option. I have just this minute found an Adobe help screen online from which I could download a Libraries Panel update (3.25.5). I downloaded and installed it and guess what? It is working again. Extraordinary that the 25.3.1 update (a few days ago) was not able to complete this Libraries Panel update - but I appear to be OK now.
