Problem with image in libraries

Hi lately I have a problem in photoshop with libraries. Basically I have always contoured images by giving them a trace and then dragged them into the libraries for use in illustrator. But for a while now when I drag it into the library every time it asks me if I want to save the file, this didn't happen before.... how can I fix it?
