Problem with shapes

I was working to create a perspective in some ways, and suddenly phostoshop started to present the following problem:
When I create the shape, it does not create a canada for the shape, it is created on the same layer in the work area.
When I try to deform the shape to transform it into a perspective, Photoshop only allows me to deform a vertex of the shape, after which it locks this operation
