Problem XP-Pen Tablet and hand tool (spacebar) - Photoshop freezes

I'm using a XP-Pen tablet, Star g640, and when I use the hand tool with the spacebar the UI freezes.

I found this post with a video that shows exactly my problem.

I'm using Photoshop v25.1 and Windows 10

My processor: i5-6600

Ram: 16gb

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

I updated all the drivers.
