Problema de guardado en PS

Desde ayer cuando quiero guardar una foto en guardar para web, en mi carpeta no me aparece la foto. Pero luego cuando hago el proceso de exportarla aparece que está ahí y me pregunta si quiero reemplazarla, pero luego en mis archivos no está la foto. Probé a reinstalarlo, pero no ha servido, intente contactar con el soporte técnico y es imposible poder comunicarse con ellos.

Could you share a few more details about the issue you're seeing? Also, which version of Photoshop are you using? It’d be helpful to know if the same thing happens when you try other export methods like “Export As” or saving to a different location.

If you’re able to share a screen recording showing the full Photoshop window while you try to export, that would really help us take a closer look.
