PROBLEMA EN ABRIR photoshop SE CIERRA

Question

Buenas tardes, tengo problemas al momento de abrir los productos de adobe en este caso photoshop al intentar abrir carga y automanticamente se cierra el programa.

Comunidad alguna solucion en este caso, envio un video sobre el problena que tengo, ya desinstale y instale adobe cloud y tambien photoshop pero no se soluciona.
