Problemas com a representação de cores após exportar documento

Olá, eu crio meu documento no photoshop, e quando exporto, nos detalhes do documento a representação de cores não mostra a cor, o espaço fica em branco como se não houvesse representação de cores no documento, alguém sabe como posso resolver?
